Appreciate Group plc, the UK's leading multi-retailer redemption
product provider to corporate and consumer markets, announces that
at the Group's AGM held earlier today, all resolutions were
passed.
Each resolution was voted on by way of a poll with each
shareholder, present or by proxy, entitled to one vote per share
held.
