the Company announces that the following beneficial holding of ordinary shares 
was acquired on 9 February 2021 by Lena Wilson CBE, a person discharging 
managerial responsibilities. 
 
  * 30,000 ordinary shares at 85.585p 
 
Following this transaction, Lena Wilson CBE is the beneficial holder of a total 
of 30,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.0055% of the Company's issued share 
capital.
