Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 ("Notice of AGM")

Following the release of Premier Food's preliminary results for the 52 week period ended 1 April 2023, on 18 May 2023, the Company has today posted its 2022/23 annual report to shareholders. Copies of the annual report, Notice of AGM and form of proxy are available to view or download from the Company's website, www.premierfoods.co.uk

The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 20 July 2023, at the Company's offices at Premier House, Centrium Business Park, Griffiths Way, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 2RE.

Shareholders who do not wish, or are unable, to attend the AGM in person, will be able to view the proceedings via a live videocast. Shareholders who would like to follow the videocast should email investor.relations@premierfoods.co.uk to request registration details, by no later than 11.00am on Monday 17 July 2023.

Copies of the annual report, Notice of AGM, form of proxy and the amended rules of the Premier Foods plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2020 have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism (NSM), and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
