PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc announces that copies of its interim report for the period ended 30 June 2018 (the "Interim Report") were today posted to shareholders together with a notice convening an annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Galileo Fund Services Limited, Millennium House, 46 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JB on 15 November 2018 at 11:00 a.m. (UK time).
