discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely
associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse

Playtech plc has been notified of the following dealings in its
ordinary shares by certain Directors/PDMRs of the Company as
follows:
Moran Weizer, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 18,800 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of GBP4.28 per share on 16 March
2021.
Andrew Smith, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 6,200 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of GBP4.21 per share on 16 March
2021.
The notifications for Moran Weizer and Andrew Smith can be found
below. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of
the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014.
The purchases made by Moran Weizer and Andrew Smith are in
accordance with the requirements of the Company's remuneration
policy, under which a proportion of the annual bonus is deferred
into shares for two years
