Purplebricks Group plc (AIM: PURP), a leading UK estate agency business, has received notification that Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Simon Downing purchased 257,884 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 97.3p per Share on 6 April 2021.
