Director/PDMR shareholding
Renew (AIM: RNWH), the leading Engineering Services Group
supporting the maintenance and renewal of critical UK
infrastructure, announces that Andries Liebenberg, an Executive
Director of Renew, has notified the Company that earlier today, he
sold 63,718 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 701p per share and 16,282 Ordinary Shares at
693p per share.
As a result, Andries Liebenberg's resultant holding in the Group
is 47,718 shares representing 0.06% of the issued share capital.
Following this sale, Andries Liebenberg will continue to hold more
than 100% of his annual basic salary in Ordinary Shares as required
by the terms of the remuneration committee.
