Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 7 April 2021 that Rebecca Shelley, Non-executive Director purchased 7,727 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.001 each in the capital of the Company on 7 April 2021, at an average price of 257.33 pence per ordinary share (the "Transaction").

Following the transaction, Mrs Shelley holds 15,521 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.006 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
