Director/PDMR Shareholding
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture
and floorings, has been notified that on 16 March 2021, Marie
Liston, Corporate Services Director, and George David Liston, a
person closely associated with Marie Liston, sold 17,500 ordinary
shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an
average price of 243p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Marie Liston and persons closely associated
with her are interested in 117,256 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
