Board Changes
SEC Newgate S.p.A., the insight-driven global strategic
communications group that works at the nexus of business, politics,
communities, markets and media, announces the appointment of Sergio
Penna to the Board of SEC Newgate. Anna Milito, Deputy Group CFO,
is stepping down from the Board. The changes are effective from 2
February 2021.
Sergio is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer, having
been appointed to the role in June 2020, and will continue in that
role on the Board.
Mr Penna qualified as a chartered auditor in 2005 with Mazars
S.p.A. and holds a degree in economics from Luigi Bocconi
University in Milan. He has extensive financial experience gained
in a number of multinational organisations. Prior to joining the
Group he was Finance Manager at MotorK, an Italian based
multinational which specialises in providing hi-tech services to
the car industry in operations across Europe, and has held
accounting and financial positions with Amazon, Celio, BDO and
WeiserMazar, in Italy, France and the US. In addition to Italian,
Mr Penna is fluent in both English and French.
Commenting on the announcement, Fiorenzo Tagliabue, Group Chief
