on 28 January 2021 Andrea Cornelli, an Executive Director of the
Company, purchased in an off-market transaction 100,000 Ordinary
Shares of no par value ("Shares") at a price of 46.95p per
Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Cornelli is beneficially interested
in 100,000 Shares in SEC Newgate, representing approximately 0.41
per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
