Interim Dividend Declaration
SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc is pleased to announce
the second quarterly interim dividend in respect of the three month
period ended 30 September 2020 of 1.375 pence per Ordinary Share.
The shares will go ex-dividend on 3 December 2020 and the dividend
will be paid on 18 December 2020 to shareholders on the register as
at the close of business on 4 December 2020.
The Company intends to announce its Interim Results for the six
months ended 30 September 2020 on 8 December 2020.

shareholders of 7-8 per cent. per annum (net of fees and expenses
and by reference to the initial issue price of GBP1.00 per Ordinary
Share), with a stable dividend income, capital preservation and the
opportunity for capital growth. The Company is targeting a dividend
of 5.5p per share in respect of the financial year to 31 March
2021. SEEIT's last published NAV was 101.0p per share as at 31
March 2020.
