In accordance with the requirements of UK Market Abuse Regulation Article 19, the Company announces that it was notified on 1 April 2021 that Peter Nagle, Chief Commercial Officer, acquired 2,841 shares in the Company which vested under the terms of award granted as part of the Company's 2018 Senior Manager Annual Bonus Plan.

No consideration was paid for the shares, which have vested following the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
