Director Shareholding
Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in
Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that
Innes Smith, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has
transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Eilidh
Smith.
Following this transfer, Mr Smith continues to hold 973,654(1)
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
(1) Includes the holdings of Innes Smith's wife, Eilidh Smith
