Springfield Properties plc (AIM: SPR), a leading housebuilder in Scotland delivering private and affordable housing, announces that Michelle Motion, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, yesterday sold 13,000 ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 150.0 pence per Ordinary Share and today repurchased 13,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 150.1 pence per Ordinary Share in order to effect an ISA transfer.

Following these transactions, Michelle Motion continues to have an interest in 74,225(1) Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
