Appointment of Director

The Board of SQN Secured Income Fund plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Brett Miller to the Board as an additional non-executive director with effect from 8 July 2020. Mr Miller has considerable experience in closed end funds, corporate finance, corporate governance issues, corporate restructurings and optimising financial capital structures and the Board is confident that Mr Miller will make a valuable contribution to the Company.

LR 9.6.13 disclosures

For the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13(1), Mr Miller is currently a director of:

   1.      Manchester and London Investment Trust plc; 
   2.      RDL Realisation plc; 
   3.      HWSI Realisation Fund Limited;

Within the past five years, he has also served as a director of:

   5.    The Local Shopping REIT plc; and 
   6.    M & L Property and Assets plc.
