Notice of Results and Annual General Meeting

TransGlobe Energy Corporation will release its full year financial and operating results for the period ended December 31, 2020 on March 15, 2021.

Notice of AGM

The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held on May 6, 2021 at 9:00 am (MDT) with a Record Date of March 18, 2021.

The Company will publish a management information circular to shareholders containing the notice of the 2021 Annual General Meeting on or around March 25, 2021.
