On 31 March 2021, the issued share capital of the Company was as follows:

6,805,351 B Ordinary Shares

19,613,260 Venture Shares

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 36,369,744 .

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
