Issue of Equity
Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection
prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces
that, following the exercise of options by certain employees, it
has issued and allotted 29,400 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application will be made for
the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on or around the 14 August
2020.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing
shares of the Company. Following the exercise of options, the
Company's issued share capital consists of 46,204,562 Ordinary
Shares. Accordingly, the figure of 46,204,562 may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
