EXERCISE OF SHARE OPTIONS

CALGARY, ALBERTA (September 9, 2022) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) announces that on September 8, 2022, non-executive director Stanley Smith exercised share options representing a total of 91,665 common shares of no par value in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of C$0.48 per Common Share that were previously granted in 2020 in accordance with the Company's Share Option Plan .

Application has been made for the 91,665 new Common Shares, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued share capital, to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"), which is expected on September 15, 2022. Immediately following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 213,112,826 Common Shares. The Company does not hold any Common Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to the interest in, the Company.
