Result of General Meeting and Total Voting Rights

Union Jack Oil plc (AIM: UJO), a UK focused onshore hydrocarbon production, development and exploration company is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting ("GM") held today, all resolutions as set out in the Notice of GM, were duly passed. The proxies received in respect of all resolutions were as follows:

Total Voting Rights

Following the Share Consolidation, there will be 99,079,532 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in issue ("Ordinary Shares").

Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with admission expected to take place at 8.00am on or around 11 March 2021 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 99,079,532 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. This figure of 99,079,532 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority.
