Ultra Electronics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 16 June 2020, Tony Rice, Chair, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at GBP21.5925 per ordinary share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Rice has a beneficial interest in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.021% of the Company's issued share capital.
