                       Re: Settlement of Service Contract


Further to the announcement dated 7 February 2008 concerning the resignation of
Peter West as a director, Wren Homes Group Plc announces that it has entered
into an agreement with him in respect of the termination of his service contract
with the Company.

Under the agreement, in respect of which Wren has been advised by its legal
advisers, Peter West will receive an aggregate of �131,000 payable over six
months and calculated by reference to his service contract. Wren's directors
consider, having consulted with its nominated adviser, that the terms of the
transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned.
