Kingfisher Marketing announced today that it has been engaged to
implement long term direct marketing promotions to brand, educate
and sell the HALO™ GPS device developed by East Coast Diversified
Corporation (OTCBB: ECDC) through EarthSearch Communications
International which develops the teen driver safety HALO™ GPS
device. William Eastman, CEO of Kingfisher Marketing, has over 35
years of direct marketing experience with high schools and HALO's
target market group.
Kingfisher's School Enhancement Project will be promoted
directly through public and private high schools programs developed
to promote teen driver safety through the use of HALO™. The project
combines a profitable school fundraiser program powered by driver
safety education and peer driven sales. The project requires
minimal effort by schools or their internal fundraising student
organizations. All promotional activities surrounding the program

site. Parents, organizations and other individuals participating in
the program can have a donation of $40.00 be made on their behalf
to a high school of their choice.
