Inspire Brands, Inc. (“Inspire”) today announced the completion of its acquisition of Jimmy John’s Sandwiches (“Jimmy John’s”).

With the addition of Jimmy John’s, Inspire now encompasses more than 11,200 restaurants across 16 countries generating more than $14 billion annual system sales, making it the fourth-largest restaurant company in the United States. In addition to Jimmy John’s, Inspire’s restaurant portfolio includes Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, SONIC Drive-In and Rusty Taco.
