Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 15, 2023, Steve Nelson notified BitNile Metaverse, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), of his decision to resign as a director of the Company, effective September 30, 2023, for personal reasons. Mr. Nelson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, or its management on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Nelson for his contributions.
