Italian industrial production fell less than expected in September

The seasonally adjusted industrial production in Italy registered a drop of 0.20% on a MoM basis, in September, lower than market expectations for a drop of 0.50%. Industrial production had advanced 1.70% in the prior month.

Australian business confidence index slid in October

The NAB business confidence index in Australia fell to a level of 4.00 in October, compared to a reading of 6.00 in the prior month.

Australian business conditions index dropped in October

In Australia, the NAB business conditions index registered a drop to a level of 12.00 in October, compared to a revised reading of 14.00 in the prior month.
