had reservations about the DDAmanda claims.

Another DDAmanda posted-after-breakout-confirmation, with after-the-fact claim that a scan was done two days prior.

If the scan alert came prior to the breakout, as you claim "was alerted," that as you say "something is going on" with the stock as reason to buy-in to make money, did you buy-in 6/12/24 the day of the 81 factor, or the day before the 6/14/24 338% gain? And did you make money on KAVL?

Can anyone here recommend a decent but questionable moral lawyer that deals with investment scams? I'm at a 99% loss with KAVL, but fortunately for me made a ridiculous amount of money from crypto memes. I want to bury this company whether it be a class action, or get the SEC involved in crawling into their every orifice for using long term investors as Patel and his cohorts paypigs. At this point I don't even care about the $30k I lost, I just want retribution.

KAVL: 'PROFITS', that's what you're "missing here".

The immediate catalyst is day/swing traders. This was so deeply oversold and manipulated downward that most "longs" won't even break even until $20 even if they averaged down, so no resistance on top.

Then you have the possibility that the company is past the dilution phase to keep the doors open, so that selling pressure is gone and has probably been replaced with someone with deep pockets who converted a boatload of cheap shares at the bottom who are now wanting to make a killing.

The other thing that may be going on is I saw a mention not too long ago about the FDA lifting the menthol restrictions to buy votes for the upcoming election. Or there could be positive developments along those lines in the legal system that we don't know about yet but insiders do...
