Trillion Energy (QB) Description
| Park Place Energy Inc. (the Company or Park Place) is a U.S. based oil and gas exploration company focused on building a portfolio of international exploration and development projects. Its initial project is a natural gas play located in northeast Bulgaria that will produce gas from coal seams; it holds exceptional promise. The Company signed the License Agreement for the Vranino 1-11 Block in April of 2014 and awaits regulatory approval for its planned work programs. These work programs include the drilling up to 5 wells to demonstrate the technical feasibility and commercial potential of this potentially world class project. On January 18, 2017, the Company completed the acquisition of three oil and gas producing fields in Turkey. The purchase price for the acquisition of the PPE Turkey Companies from Tiway Oil B.V. was $2.1 million. The main producing asset is a 36.75% interest in an offshore gas development project called the South Akasaka Sub-Basin (SASB). This field has four offshore platforms connected to an onshore gas plant. The other producing property acquired in Turkey is a 19.6% interest in the Cendere oil field located in Southeast Turkey. The Company is actively seeking additional international projects to build its portfolio. |
