they're working on getting the oil recovery business up and running as fast as possible, hopefully the stock would follow.

So they're delinquent for 2ish years, recent change in management but get the hammer thrown down by SEC. Then there are tickers that are decades delinquent and nothing. Hopefully this lights a fire under new management's butt and we get something here sooner rather than later.

Interesting. I did hear that the new management is trying to resurrect where Water Now left off with the oil recovery projects. Lets see how far they can get, there may be a chance for shareholders, can't say for sure yet, but we need to allow the technology to prove itself out with reportable results instead of just a bunch of talk about what the company was supposed to do and supposedly even started to do in Covid which probably didnt help matters.

this is an absolute disaster. I wonder what the private placement people are doing to get their money back from, yeah I'll call him out by name, David King, a damn crook. if I need to pay a visit to him, and the opportunity presents itself, I will certainly do it, it won't be pretty. Much easier if you are local, but I never seem to be local to any of my pennies.

this is starting to get depressing. I can actually imagine at this point this could get delisted, just infuriating after all the potential this has had. I did pick up 300K shares around .003 just b/c it was so darned cheap, but what good is cheap if it goes to zero. No way to get in touch with the company either, maybe we need to take some shareholder action if that is even possible I dont know.

yeah, I put in a dummy order into Schwab which I hope wont get auto-cancelled and which I can up it at the appropriate time, I'd love to pick up like a million shares at one point on the cheap.

thats a great great Q. I would do so if I were anywhere living in Texas. Thats one thing, you cant hide from your workplace unless you work at home full time which is also a possibility.

That said I just bought 150K shares at .0053 this morning, its just so so cheap, at that price we are looking at a market cap of $400K, thats just ludicrous for what they have. I would die to figure out who is one or two of the customers so we could go on site and see if the equipment is running.

Has anyone ever driven out there to see if anyone is home at the Water Now Inc building? I sure would if I weren't looking after a couple people in Michigan and Ohio with medical issues - not a very exiting retirement so far.

It's hard to understand why relief agencies like the Red Cross and Catholic Relief Services haven't been buying a few of those water purifiers.

I picked up 90K shares this morning. Lifetime, if everything were to go to zero, I am still up $7400 bucks, so while I cannot complain, I will complain if this collapses, I simply cannot believe with this technology and a potential purchase price of $30 Million less than a year ago, this is what we are left with, sheer embarrassment.

I bought 75K yesterday and am bidding right now I think at .0104 if I can remember putting in an order few hours ago.

at this price the enterprise value is set to be $850K are you kidding me, debt or no debt. i mean the economy has come back with a vengance and oil is along for the ride, you telling me that they arent using their devices at the various sites they installed at, I just cant imagine it. If we knew the sites we could at least do some investigation to see if used or not. I think its a screaming buy.

Well, that didn't work out so well either. Last winter I heard one former investor was stuffing his money in a mattress, but he lost it in the spring.

when you say disclose, who, water now? I mean there assets would be disclosed in their filings which they are late on, so they do have to, they are just late in doing so.

Now as far as 30 million, thats how much they were going to be bought out for, whether thats the amount of assets is another question, no way they have that much in assets, we'll just have to wait and see.

Just picked up some shares at.0211. Certainly they have to be doing something with Oil on a tear. they are now late on 10-K and ensuing 10-Q. And they never pick up the phone when you call either, weasels.

yes I do think they will be current, otherwise they wouldnt have done that last filing. I think its a good buy here, I dont have much cash in my schwab account otherwise I'd be buying, most of my funds in fidelity which will NOT allow buys until they are compliant.

So penny you think these guys are gonna be pink current by September with that rule change? Haven't played this in a while but these prices are looking good.

just waiting for the next filing to cross the wire to get back into compliance, no reason to think at this point that they are not planning on that.

missed opportunity to sell into the spike yesterday darn it, with these stock you really never know when you're going to get these spikes and you need to be prepared for it.

Looks like they are temporarily into compliance which will run out if they dont file the 10-K soon.

2020 3rd quarter 10-Q filed - well thats good news, they havent died. BUT there are no revenues, I simply dont get it, they clearly deployed a lot of their equipment in the field, so was nothing running in the third quarter even with Covid?

Great question. I have bought 50K each at .021 and .0186, I am very concerned, but I really believe in the technology so I am adding in larger amounts as it goes down as I always do. If it keeps going down, I keep buying in larger quantity. But I am concerned. Only for the faint of heart, be careful, there is clearly risk here but I feel like the market cap is so low right now.

Any thoughts on this one now penny?

what a shame to see water now get left in the dust of all the other pennies. I am buying a little down here, but again, what a shame, not sure what will become of this, they gotta be doing something with all that equipment at various sites and oil production having picked up, but not a peep of news from the company, very very dissapointed.

yeah thats understandable. I feel like the value of the technology that they have trumps the debt that they have, and am willing to buy in the .03s and below, BUT there is risk that when they come into compliance the lenders owed money could tank this, it's happened before and that's the time I have been able to take advantage of opportunities to buy low, and then sell high. My lifetime avg is around 2 cents BUT that is no excuse for me to hold persay ... what matters is what doe we believe will happen from now, NOT whether we have a profit or not at any given time, that's the biggest mistake people make investing. And I do believe there is a future here especially getting in at low prices, but i could be wrong, we have limited visibility into the debt or how they are doing, but they should be doing ok given that oil production has come back, but for their specific customers is the question.

well their grace period with otc markets has expired and they are in the doghouse of non-compliance. Just not really sure where this is going to go, I mean certainly oil production is on its way back and they should be able to be profitable, but we have no numbers for an extended period of time. So for me I would be a buyer maybe in the low .03s but if the lenders get their hands on shares, a lot of shares, then look out below, need to be ready for that we have seen it before.

I have a couple guys set a little lower hoping they fill. GL

not really, TINY fill at .039 and at the open, often such fills will be beyond ones GTC bid, nothing you can do about it, but SOMETIMES you are the lucky one to get filled, thats my experience, but if yo dont have no order in, you wont have a chance for a fill. good luck to you also, really curious on where this is going

yep I have started buying back again. Cant wait to see what they have up their sleeves, hopefully its positive, but at this price and the technology they have, even with debt they have to be worth more than what they are now.

this is a tough call, but from my perspective I am a buyer if it drops further, and a steady seller if it starts moving up above a nickel. I am concerned about the finances obviously, but at the other side, pre covid they were talking about being cash flow positive in short order, and so if the oil wells really have started coming back, they should be gaining revenues at the current time, but hard to know without a proper 10-Q. Obviously if they were valued at 30 million, then there's real value there, question is can they stay afloat and avoid major dilution from their lenders who have been put off for months expecting to get paid with the sale of the company, now where are they left at?, need to be nimble here.

What's the consensus here moving forward? Any takes?

Looks like bankruptcy after all.
Company is up to their eyeballs in overdue IOU's. They may get taken over by their creditors if they're interested. Shares will be extinguished either way. Anyone see a different possibilty?
