I agree with you that my way of calculating value is proly too conservative.  Do you have a guestimation of a value in 2 years time b4 the mechanism of a rs might be employed to achieve $2/share in price?And thanks for the feedback

Okay, so here's another way of looking at where we are right now:

If you were to buy 11 shares of RKT today (@ $12.965), it would cost you $142.615.
