SGQ SouthGobi Resources Ltd

The board of directors of SouthGobi Resources Ltd. (TSX:SGQ)(HKSE:1878) (the
"Company") will meet on Monday, August 11, 2014 to consider and approve the
interim financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three and
six months ended June 30, 2014. These financial results will be released before
TSX market open.


The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast to discuss second
quarter 2014 financial results and provide an update on the Company's
