Board of Directors approved a rollback 8:1. Shareholders to vote Oct 18th.. The Board feels this will help them raise money to move forward on several key mining projects. Hughes Group is doing this on several $.02 companies. Historically, rollbacks are not usually good for the shareholders. The record high gold/silver prices could possibly make this an exception and a favorable move for shareholders???

Hedging a flailing US Economy with Canadian Mining Juniors. I think it is wise to hedge our struggling economy with Canadian gold and uranium juniors with impressive land portfolios. In my opinion, precious metals, base metals and uranium are only going to valuate in price ... while US large caps may suffer as the economy cools.
