NITE with daily 10k blocks sells on top of those iceberg sells.
Must be the ex-CFO selling his million shares. This might take awhile.
This stock will be stuck for a while until they release some news.
Too bad this cannot trade like BIOE.
That stock went from $0.20 to $8 in a week. No one selling. Insane.

I believe ex-CFO who had a million shares is selling lots of 10k, 20k, and 25k shares via NITE. Someone sold 150,000 shares last Thursday on the market. Hopefully he will be out soon with his shares for this stock to move without these road blocks.

Unreal the amount of iceberg sells on this stock.
Stock hit $2.24. Wow.
As long as there are buyers the stock should do very well.
Dell. Nvidia. And now Tesla.

Typical low float OTC play. It moved with Dell until Dell crashed after earnings. Both stocks dropped significantly. But typical for OTC stocks, it hasn’t recovered as Dell continues to rebound now at $145.
Last time Dell was at $145, TSSI at $2.35. But now TSSI under $2.
Unfortunately I have noticed lots of large sell orders on TSSI. I just don’t see enough buying power to overcome these sells from $2 to $2.10.
I think the old CFO is selling 25,000 blocks at a time. This could take awhile since he had almost 1 million shares.
Time will tell.

When will they stop with these iceberg sells?
Stock has impressive buying volume.
I think it wants to go to $3 this summer.

Crazy trading yesterday. Strong moved to $2.19 after breaking $2 resistance.
Then it almost immediately crashed down to almost $1.80.
Somehow it recovered and closed strong at $2.05.
Let’s see how it closes out the week. Hopefully it stays above $2.
Chart: 4 hour MACD histo looks to be turning positive. That is usually a very good indicator that the stock is about to make another move. JMO.
Just depends if NITE continues to place those large 25,000 sells anytime the stock starts to move a little.

Just imagine what this could do if it traded over 1 million shares.
Very tight float. No debt. Good sector. Soon positive earnings.
Crazy that this stock still on OTC.
Better than most Nasdaq stocks trading at same price and lower.

And If NITE can stop blocking the stock movement by placing 25,000 share sells below last trading price. I mean seriously dude. Stop being a d!ck.

TSSI just hit $2.19 when someone wanted 25,000 shares really badly.
Maybe the iceberg sells have gone for good.
I think this could hit $3 by end of summer.
Maybe even higher if they announce any deals with Dell or Nvidia.

Wow. Broke through huge resistance at $1.95-$2.00. I am speechless. I guess others also believe this stock is ridiculously undervalued.

New CFO appears well seasoned. I think this is a huge positive for TSSI.
Regarding stock price… lots of selling from $1.90 to $2.00.

On June 10, 2024, TSS, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Daniel M. Chism as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 7, 2024, succeeding John Penver. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.

Mr. Chism, age 56, was previously the Chief Financial Officer at Goodwill Industries of Central Texas from 2020 to 2023, where he also served as a board member and Treasurer for two of Goodwill’s affiliates: Blue Solutions and Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc. Prior to 2020, Mr. Chism held Chief Financial Officer positions at EZCORP, Inc. (NASDAQ EZPW), Cash Solutions Centers, and Gatsby Investments. Mr. Chism holds a master’s degree in professional accounting and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

In connection with Mr. Chism’s appointment to Chief Financial Officer, the Company entered into an employment agreement with Mr. Chism. Under the terms of the employment agreement, Mr. Chism’s base salary is $300,000, which, effective January 1, 2025, will be increased to $325,000. Mr. Chism is eligible to receive a bonus in the amount and on the terms established by the Company’s board. Mr. Chism is also entitled to receive vacation, health insurance and other benefits generally made available to the Company’s other executives. A copy of Mr. Chism’s employment agreement is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and incorporated by reference into this description.

Mr. Chism and the Company also entered into an award agreement. It will take some huge buys for this to move past $2 again.
70k sell at $1.95 just popped up.
I know there have been 25k sells at $2.
The only good news… if it moves past $2 then this will make some all time highs soon.

I think Dell will recover back to $150 this week.
I think those who wanted to get out of TSSI did so on Friday.
I think we are in a much stronger position.
The stock took a needed breather. Now let’s see if it can move back to $2.50 this week or next week.

TSSI hit $2.14 Friday before closing at $1.98.
This movement was expected just using some chart analysis.
This week we will see earnings from their partner Dell Thursday after the close.
There will definitely be some price volatility but I expect a higher price by end of summer here

On May 15, 2024, John Penver, the Chief Financial Officer of TSS, Inc. (the “Company”) tendered his resignation as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective June 15, 2024. Mr. Penver’s resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company. The Company has begun a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and will announce a replacement as soon as one has been hired.

What a recovery. I am pleasantly surprised.
Needs to break huge resistance at $1.50.
If it moves past $1.50 then it might reach $2 this week or next.
Still think it can run to $5 by fall. Maybe winter.
Either way that would be a huge reward.

I have seen stocks like this move to $5 and $10.

Nice move to $1.70 yesterday But short lasted.
Stock seemed to have found support at $1.40 yesterday.
Even took out large sell 100,000 shares at $1.46.
Only to find another large sell at $1.49 at EOD. That 64,000 share sell still there this morning.
Lots of sell orders in the mid to upper $1.40's.
Any volume and movement to and past $1.50 would take this easily back to $1.70.
However, due to low liquidity, it can easily move back to $1.20 or lower.

TSSI is still up 20% from where it was 24 hours ago. Even with the lackluster Q1 earnings. I'd call that a victory.

I think the market was hoping for more than a breakeven quarter. Especially the way the stock soared 50% today. I'm guessing a large chunk of that gain will be given back tomorrow, but who knows.

Earnings look good. I think this is the start of a very profitable company. Well run. Excellent management. Let’s what happens tomorrow. I am holding long term here. AI and data centers are going to be here for a long time. This company is in the perfect sector.
