On September 3, 2019, the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes, a GE company (the “Company”), Lorenzo Simonelli, will present at the Barclays 2019 CEO Energy-Power Conference in New York at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. A copy of the presentation is furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
