New warrant terms issued today in SEC filing. Effective price is now 7.9 cents per share, plus company pays a 13% commission on the funds (plus even more warrants).

Grip's suggestion of 10 cents as a trading price may have been generous.

New facility is so close to main one, that they don’t need armored truck to transfer it for storage till it’s shipped.

In regards to this weeks press release, i hope its indication that one of their strategic partners is going to take a stake in the company. Either that or that they will sell the armor division to NP Aerospace.
