accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, that Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, being
non-beneficial owners, now has a holding of 3,174,314 ordinary shares of 1p each
in Ambient plc, representing 6.22 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
