American Stock Exchange Lists Units of Aldabra 2 Acquisition Corp.

NEW YORK, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of Aldabra 2 Acquisition Corp.
under the ticker symbol AII.U. The offering size is 36M units at
$10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $360M (excluding the
underwriters' over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of
common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only
security trading. Lazard Capital Markets LLC is lead underwriter on
the IPO. Aldabra 2 Acquisition Corp. was formed with the purpose of
effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition or
other similar business combination with an operating business, with
an initial focus on seeking a business combination with a portfolio
company currently held by a private equity firm specializing in
