Share Dealings by Directors

On 9 July 2003, Ian Lenagan, Stephen Ross and Rodger Sargent (all directors of
the Company) bought the following ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of
the Company at a price of 17p per share:

Ian Lenagan 300,000

Stephen Ross 280,638

Rodger Sargent 100,000


(For ease of administration, Rodger Sargent has effected the purchase of all of
the shares mentioned above but will be immediately transferring to Ian Lenagan
and Stephen Ross their entitlements as detailed above.)

The resultant shareholdings of these directors are as follows:
