The Company received the following notification from WestLB Basinghall Limited.

"In accordance with the provision of Sections 198-202 of the Companies Act 1985,
we give notice that with effect from 9th January 2004, WestLB Basinghall Limited
(formerly WestLB Panmure Limited) disposed of its total interest of 4,583,585
shares in the issued share capital of Coliseum Group plc and therefore no longer
has an interest in the Coliseum Group plc."
