American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of iMergent, Inc. NEW

(Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of iMergent, Inc. under the
ticker symbol IIG. iMergent, Inc. provides eCommerce solutions to
entrepreneurs and small businesses to market and sell their
business product or idea via the Internet. Headquartered in Orem,
Utah, the company sells its proprietary StoresOnline software and
