NEW YORK, July 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the units of KBL Healthcare Acquisition
Corp. III under the ticker symbol KHA.U. The offering size is 15M
units at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $120M (excluding the
underwriters' over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of
common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only
security trading. Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. is lead
underwriter on the IPO with Jefferies & Company and
EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. as co-managers. KBL Healthcare Acquisition
