The Company has been informed that the following directors of the Company sold
on the 3 September 2003 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Shares") at a price
of 36 pence per Share:

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for 550,000 Shares to be admitted to the Official List. The Shares are
being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by Mr Lloyd and Mr Blundell,
directors of the Company, under the Company's share option scheme. Admission is
expected to become effective on 11 September 2003. The exercise price payable
for each Share is 1 pence each. Following this exercise Mr Lloyd has 661,535
Shares under option and Mr Blundell has 620,100 Shares under option.
