(Amex(R)) today began trading Citigroup Funding Inc.'s 1.75%
Principal-Protected Notes based upon the Nikkei 225 Index. Priced
at $10 with an initial offer size of 2,260,000, this equity trades
under the ticker symbol PFT and has a maturation date of May 29,
