                      Notification of Directors' Interests


The board of Patientline plc (the "Company") received notification on 8 April
2003 that Capita IRG Trustees Limited purchased on 7 April 2003 a number of
shares in its capacity as trustee of the Patientline plc AESOP. As participants
in the AESOP, Peter Bernard Coleridge and William James Glover, both Directors
of the Company, are each interested in 650 shares purchased by Capita IRG
Trustee plc at 0.385p.
