                      Notification of Directors' Interests

The board of Patientline plc (the "Company") received notification on 15
December 2003 that Capita IRG Trustees Limited had purchased on 5 December 2003
a number of shares in its capacity as trustee of the Patientline plc AESOP. As
participants in the AESOP, Peter Bernard Coleridge and William James Glover,
both Directors of the Company, are each interested in 314 shares purchased by
Capita IRG Trustee plc at 79.8p.
