American Stock Exchange Lists Units of Services Acquisition
Corporation NEW YORK, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock
Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today listed the units of Services
Acquisition Corporation, under the ticker symbol SVI.U. Each unit
will consist of exactly one common share and one warrant. Services
Acquisition Corp. International is a company recently formed for
the purpose of acquiring, through a merger, capital stock exchange,
asset acquisition or other similar business combination, an
unidentified operating business. The Company's efforts in
identifying a prospective target business will not be limited to a
particular industry, although it is intended to focus on the
