                           SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATION

The Company has been informed by Andrew Flatt that, on 5 January 2004, he
purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at 26p per share.

As a result of this purchase, Andrew Flatt now holds 358,000 ordinary shares of
10p each representing 7.88 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
