Valley National Gases Announces the Appointment of Chief Financial Officer WASHINGTON, Pa., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Valley National Gases Incorporated (AMEX:VLG) today announced the appointment of James P. Hart to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hart is assuming this position, in addition to his duties as President. "After considerable deliberation and discussion with our Board of Directors and Auditors, we have concluded that we have, in Jim Hart, the skills to manage the responsibilities of the CFO position. Jim's background includes substantial experience as a chief financial officer with a public company," commented William A. Indelicato, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
