A2A SpA (A2A.MI), Delmi and French utility EDF (EDF.FR) said Tuesday they have extended a shareholders' pact relating to Italy's Edison by six months to Sept. 15.

MAIN FACTS:

- If no objection to the renewal is voiced by any of the parties by the Sept. 15 deadline, the shareholders' agreement will be renewed for the following three years.

- The amendment also provides for the appointment of the boards of directors of Edison and TdE, for a period of one year, by the shareholders' meetings of Edison and TdE that will approve the annual financial statements
